Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund, exchange or credit. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition they were received. An RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization, is also required and needs to be obtained before you return your product. To obtain an RMA, please contact email@example.com.
There is a 10% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $10.00. When the product is received along with a valid RMA number and meets the return criteria, a refund or store credit may be issued. Any returned items that don't meet the return policy criteria will not be credited and will be destroyed. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
