There is a 10% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $10.00. When the product is received along with a valid RMA number and meets the return criteria, a refund or store credit may be issued. Any returned items that don't meet the return policy criteria will not be credited and will be destroyed. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the returned merchandise.
